To return a faulty item which you have purchased from us, the first thing you must do is email our returns department (returns@thescifishop.com) to obtain a return authorisation number (Please include the reason for your return, and the invoice number on which the faulty item appears). After our returns department have dealt with your email, you you will then receive an email with your return authorisation number. After you receive your Return Authorisation Number by email, you may then return the faulty item to us (IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND THE FAULTY ITEM BACK TO US BY RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY!) for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund your money. We will also refund any postage costs incurred (up to the value of £5.00) with proof of cost. Please Note: Our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.
